Skycell is a unique gadget retail store having thousands of loyal customers in south Kerala. They have a skilled sales team and a well-defined marketing strategy to reach customers.

Using insights to redefine an enterprising retail store

The Situation

Skycell wanted to expand their business across the state, and in the process, they invited us to build an e-commerce website that will serve millions across the state. They have identified a need for a more customer-focused approach to their retail business and have set revenue growth targets for various streams.

The challenge

Aligning the team and building shared knowledge was the key to helping them prepare for the monumental task ahead, leading to change in such a complex organization.

  • The website was built to allow the content to be easily edited by the team and to handle the order monitoring and shipment as quick as they can.
  • Set up Google Analytics to track conversions on the new website

Approach

We started by mapping the related insights to ensure we had all the stimulus we needed to create the first iteration of design principles.
